Delivering possibility with Deliveroo.

Many of us know Deliveroo as our go-to app for a Friday night treat, but what about as an employer? We worked with Deliveroo to build a proposition and brand that expressed the energy, pace and growth of bringing everything right to your doorstep.

Building an employer brand in unison with the new consumer brand? Sure, why not.

With great collaboration, we were able to bring a new proposition ‘Delivering Possibility’ to life, while respecting and reflecting the in-development consumer brand.

Then came the challenge of deploying the brand in India, a location where Deliveroo as an app isn’t operational. Here, with the opening of a new tech hub, we needed to excite the job market about the potential of the platform and what it could make possible for individual careers.

With a global shoot and an analogue, in-the-moment, style, we wanted to capture the essence and personality behind the delivery innovator. Bright colours, vibrant characters and a collaborative, nourishing environment to grow and learn.

Possibility?

We built a brand with the iconic teal that spotlights people over food.

Behind it all we wanted to showcase movement, energy, vibrancy and a texture that mimics the tangibility of a delivery bag. We created a range of stickers and GIFs to add greater depth and layers to the design, leaning into the place Deliveroo holds in the minds of customers. These also acted to ‘tag’ the post and divide into the different job areas, easily distinguishing a Tech post from a Marketing post, helping to take the audience on the right journey.
