Demystifying the role of FIFA volunteers

Over 420,000 people apply to be a FIFA Volunteer each year, but up until now content on what the different roles involve was light. We changed that with a series of videos honing in on the different experiences. To do this, we worked with an animation house, Dragonfly, to create characters that represent the different volunteers. I used interviews with FIFA volunteers as the basis for our volunteer characters. One their storylines had been developed, our mascots were born. The face of all things FIFA Volunteering.
